I had modern standard king room with a balcony, A BIG BATHROOM, a comfortable bed. The breakfast was rich with baked beans, coffee from machine, about the same rate. The location of the hotel was very central, close to beautiful Puerto de la Cruz as well as restaurants, beach and center.

Had good stay in winter time. We were in an excellent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens. The room was spotless and cheap with a splendid bathroom and views of the sea. It was convenient having an individual safe and TV. The staff was amicable and helpful.

Loved Puerto de la Cruz, the hotel was lovely traditional and original to Madeira island. The location was great and brilliant, just close to Plaza Charco. Besides, it was really close to the historic centre, the coast, and Puerto de la Cruz where there is a lot of hills.

In overall, the place is quaint, has very nice helpful staff at the reception desk. Rooms are newly remodelled and reasonably large with a balcony facing the port as well as fresh towels, food is good. The location is amazing and lovely, 5 minutes' walk to Lake Martianez Leisure Park.
