It has to offer a delicious breakfast with about the same rate, baked beans and coffee from machine. The rooms are modern, the bed is extremely comfy. The setting is incredible and stunning, short walk to the harbour, which is a 10 minute walk, the church and square and Garden Beach and Loro Park.

Appreciated my pleasant stay in winter time. I stayed in the room that was simply furnished but bathroom was upgraded and available with a "internal" balcony. The location was perfect, as close to everything, convenient to go everywhere. Moreover, it was close to restaurant, the historic centre of the town, and the port area, bars and restaurants.

Had good stay in winter time. We were in an excellent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens. The room was spotless and cheap with a splendid bathroom and views of the sea. It was convenient having an individual safe and TV. The staff was amicable and helpful.

Loved Puerto de la Cruz, the hotel was lovely traditional and original to Madeira island. The location was great and brilliant, just close to Plaza Charco. Besides, it was really close to the historic centre, the coast, and Puerto de la Cruz where there is a lot of hills.
